You know that's a pitiful amount of data to pin any kind of decision on.
In the '80s the 10 yr yield ranged from 14.60-7.0% while the S&P 500 gained over 300%. Since then the only down decade -15%ish 2000-'09, yield 6.6-2.50%.

Many variables go into go into one moment or day or week etc.
