Hi Turtle. From the twitter posts, James stated the CHIF shares would be free trading, so I am assuming that means no restrictions. If CHIF owns the beer company, it will no longer be a shell and NSAV owns controlling interest of CHIF, so current NSAV shareholders would profit by owning a controlling interest in CHIF and shareholders of record on Sept 5th I believe it was would benefit by getting the dividend as well. I was a shareholders on 9/5. On 9/5 NSAV shareholders were to receive approx. 1 beer share divy for 17 shares of NSAV held. So if you were owed 1 million beer shares then, I dividend that by 20 and got the new amount of CHIF shares.
