VXRT—I don't ascribe any material value to AVIR's contributions to the merged company (other than cash). The stock is essentially a call option on VXRT's oral-vaccine technology.

I agree completely. Just never know for sure how the market could react if the trial fails. It probably won't react too much if that's how it plays out but I'd rather play it safe and just wait.
