I believe this has been posted previously, but the Calmare Committee to Restore Shareholder Value filed their original paperwork that included a "White Card" on December 5, 2017. The filing reads as if it was to be sent out to all shareholders but both the filing and the White Card described and attached, were never mailed
Therefore, I do not believe anyone got that info in the mail unless they contacted Yarbro nor were they sent to brokers if you held the shares in an account. However, you can, most probably receive a pdf version from Stan Yarbro and are best off to call him directly at the phone number included in the original filing: (408) 476-9733

BTW the votes or number of shares were to be based upon holders as of November 16, 2017 ("the Record Date")
As to packets from the BoD, I never got anything. I would probably read the wording in the solicitation and verify that, much like many of their earlier proxies, failure to submit either indicates you are supporting their position, allows them to vote on your behalf, or excludes your shares from any count. I you choose to vote "NO" to whatever they are asking, make sure of how they worded it and also, in this instance, keep a copy.
