It is unclear what the old Board is trying to do, but this all appears to be a vain effort to maintain their positions with little effort to maintain the company.
The threat that they now have raised of the Yarbro group intending to declare bankruptcy seems more an example of fear-mongering and, worse yet, a possible action on their part to destroy the company rather than exit gracefully.
Actually a graceful exit may no longer be possible, but one or two might still have the ability to retain some semblance of their character and reputation. The longer they try to avoid conceding defeat, the more they tarnish whatever reputation they may still have.
