The shares HAVE been cancelled. The ticker symbol has not.

They are not the same thing. That is how the market actually works.

Contact the bankruptcy court for confirmation. The common shares have been cancelled and entirely new equity issued to the former secured debtor, who now owns 100% of the company.

The old shares no longer exist.
