My technological knowledge is limited but I do have some thoughts regarding the business. They Had and have the opportunity to take the machine to test it out in some of the countries that do not require all this Federal red tape. They could have used Mexico as a testing ground as some of these other companies who test out their cancer drugs do. Another thought is are all the patents not worth anything? Is the company not worth $0.04 to any other business? This has been a very frustrating company for me to be invested in
