The company did not follow up with the FDA which presents a problem for anyone seeking to put anatabine back in commerce in the USA. This is why the company overseas is operating. PMI could challenge the overseas company at the ITC and seek a ban on their products or get a license for the patents if the products are infringing the patent claims.
