I'm very envious of your access to the Canopy stuff. I know the keyboard-wielding potheads love to tout that they get top-shelf stuff for absurdly low prices on the black market, but I think that's overblown. Price and quality vary tremendously, even from trusted sources. Any derivatives/edibles aren't trustworthy either - as you mention, that's where you dump your shwag, moldy garbage...
