The problem is, he's made all these claims through twitter, e.g., opening a dispensary in California, Reno partner, hiring patent attorneys, getting plans drawn up for the product, dispensary in florida, etc. I doubt he has moved forward on any of these items in a tangible way as he needs money to do that and I'm pretty sure he was relying on the name/symbol change for Cannabis to start selling shares for cash.

Also, whatever happened to this second subsidiary that was supposed to be announced in Jan?

I can understand why some folks think this is a scam and that's why we're at .0001.

Unfortunately, he has decided to stay silent and not update shareholders in a meaningful way, with the exception of those corny tweets.
