I can somewhat agree with that. However we do know from Steve's past that he is a little over exuberant. He tends to say things that he thinks can be easily and quickly accomplished only to run into problems which cause delays or things just take longer than he anticipates. That gives the ammo for folks to call him a liar. I prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt and think his intentions are legitimate. He has blown some major things here imo.
