The Tender is holding it for now, it will fall apart once the tender will probably be over subscribed in my opinion. After the tender my guess is the stock trades into the 2's sometime between the tender date and before q2 results in my opinion. I could be wrong and it holds up much better than I think, but that is what I think will happen. Time will tell. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
