I checked the SEC website. It appears they're investigating "concerns regarding the accuracy and adequacy" of the press releases regarding the recent acquisitions.

Damn. I flipped this a couple of times and broke even. Just got back in this week since it looked like it was stabilizing. Well, I guess we'll find out now if the acquisitions are legit.
