The whole cannabis sector looks red to me this morning... my thoughts are scared sheep who don’t trust the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will go well for some reason. Seeing the oral arguments yesterday sealed the deal for me... Industrial hemp is going nowhere but up. THC is the real risky endeavor for anyone who doesn’t like losing money. IMO the judges will come back in a timely manor and side with the Hemp Industries Association.

What went down in Tennessee on Monday was unconstitutional and holds no merit in a court of law. The 2014 hemp bill and a United Nations treaty from before I was even born lay it out in plain English the definitions of industrial hemp.
