hahaha absolute hogwash...$150K in losses proven by 2 parties during the class period...it's right there in the link to the November 2017 court proceedings that named Samsa as lead plaintiff.

So if you choose to believe that that's suddenly going to result in costing IPCI millions of dollars in legal fees that bankrupts IPCI so be it.

I personally believe the civil suit has now been proven to be a completely irrelevant non-factor moving forward...because the case was baseless to begin with IMO.

The FDA themselves set up last summers Rexista AdCom to vote on the IV deterrent properties of Rexista and despite how badly off the rails the AdCom went...IPCI mgmt. didn't defraud anyone by attending AdCom to prove the IV deterrent properties of Rexista exactly as the FDA's Agenda wanted them to.
