RS has not been approved by FINRA yet. DW can always go back and change the RS figures. I'd like to see the fins before a RS is official. This could be a very smart move to shake some of the front loaders. Just saw one that said they were out today. It can be detrimental to a companies pps to have multiple shareholders holding large blocks and begin to dump when this hits dollars.
