lol I'm well aware of what Samsa is doing and his reasons for becoming lead plaintiff. And much prefer knowing that he succeeded in becoming lead plaintiff than the other guy with the $50k loss during the class period.

But I'm sure glad you and Angelo both have it all figured out Mike...this way neither of you will be disappointed if/when Samsa gets back his $100K loss and the other guy gets back his $50K loss during the class period.

It's not that hard to figure out that if Samsa didn't become lead plaintiff then the other guy who provided proof of losses during the class period would have...so for me anyways I'm glad Samsa became lead plaintiff and wish him the best of success in whatever settlement he pursues.

Time will soon tell what the results of his civil suit legal endeavors become.
