Hugo sends oil at a discount to our elderly and poor in New Haven, Boston and Providence as well as several other cities across the nation.
What profit does he hope for there? Or can I ascribe that to "doing a good deed"? Maybe that's what makes him popular in Venezuela.
I'm not saying he's not hard to deal with.. or somewhat eccentric or anything else, but I hate Bush as well.. so I find it hard to fault him for criticizing Bush.
It's a mixed bag, but I think the guy has a heart. That's all.
