As you know I can not address questions regarding nonpublic information. However, the shares received by Esousa were all registered and we believe most have been traded since they did not file a 13d indicating retained ownership above 4.9%. Esousa served as a middle man in the transaction to retire the secured debt.

I own 2.3 million shares and feel your disappointment in our share price and am working every day to remedy this.
