technically you have to file your 10Q for fourth quarter in 45 days UNLESS you intend to publish a 10K inside 90 days in which case you never have to file fourth quarter numbers.

This is a frustration as people have to do the math themselves (full year - Q3 YTD number = 4Q number) some companies do separate out at least in the narrative.

I think the SEC is financed by calculator sales!

I would also like the reports to show QoQ comparison as well as the YoY.
