Dilution should have actually been listed in the positives list. Most likely some coming after some partnership announcements at a higher share price. After a knee jerk reaction, which will be the last add opportunity the cash position will be great going into EMA.
I often buy, if I don't already have the position I want, on dilution news. It's a great time to buy. Most recently loaded ONCS low $1.50's on dilution, now around $2 easy money.
