Your probably right,it's wishful thinking but titan has a very good case against breaburn,breaburn was suppose to spend something like 75 million on marketing and promoting probuphine,they failed miserably,and in turn cost titan huge amounts of loss,pps,marketcap,time,row partnerships.They totally disregarded titan and probuphine IMO,and I believe it started sometime after approval when apple fund unloaded all titan shares,think then they maybe thought that they made a mistake,possible.But when the new CEO came,he totally disregarded probuphine,it wasn't in his agenda it seemed.If you really think about it and look back they totally screwed us,They put titan in a very dangerous position,forced them to make nor the best decisions because of the position that breaburn put on titan.Hey!we could of gotten a much better deAL in EU if breaburn marketed and sold probuphine in the US and if they whete actual enthusiastic and excited about probuphine,but no,it seemed they couldn't give a crap because there whole focus seemed on there cam injectables now.So in reality wise they owe us and owe us big,but I don't get excited because like you said,we probably won't see a nickle but hopefully we get all our rights and Canada royalties etc from breaburn.I don't think they would want a lawsuit especially now,they got a unexpected CRL,a huge loan and now screwed the only approved drug they had which they could of been making a nice income from.There a new company,it won't look good for them to screw a partner double after they screwed them real good the first time,lawsuits cost money slot of money and I don't think them will win,and there on the receiving end it wouldn't look good for them now especially when they have to try to get there injectables approved,I'm sure the FDA will hear about there actions towards there partner titan and it won't go well imo,because the FDA looks at everything if there a responsible respectable company,and the lawsuit will show otherwise I would think.The faster they get out and look good the better for them and absolutely us as well.
