It's sad. As per PR, Cogosense had an implied valuation of $7MM but was booked on the 10/31/17 financials at $2MM. Then ONCI missed their first payment due 10/1, and now Steve Berman is claiming the entire $2MM has been paid. Where's the proof of the $2MM payment? Anyone

doog...we acquired 51% of Cogosense for 3.5 million. The whole thing is worth about 7 million based on that deal.
