A month or two here and there doesn't bother me in the slightest. Heck, I'd posit that it's a great sign that that's all they're asking for - given the absolutely monumental scale of what's on the table.

And this?

I'm reading this to mean: "It's not a matter of legalizing weed. It's a matter of blah blah blah blah blah."

I interpret this to be a huuuuge signal for anyone who still has doubts about legalization.
