I do find it interesting that no one has mentioned that the suit was dismissed on January 3rd and the RS amendment was filed on January 15th.
There is more to the reason for RS than we anyone has surmised as of yet.
This the email response that I received from RO to my questions on Feb 8th about Stock Grants that I cited from his book.

Hi Don,
Sorry for the delay in a response, its been a tough week in the Market.
In regards to the civil suit, I cannot comment on it and I'm sure it’ll be reflected in the next Quarterly filing. When that is, I can only hope “sooner than later”.
The Suit was in regards to the Shares being received for “Services” Rendered. Weather or not a family trust that gifts their shares to a non-profit Synagogue in Los Angeles for “Consulting Work” constitutes “Services” was what all the hoopla was about.
The Law is also unclear on gifting shares to a non-profit in a Wyoming Corp is unclear.
Hopefully, the report will shed some light on it.
