Perhaps it is not "reading" that is the issue for TAUG's PAID CONSULTANT It looks like "reading comprehension" is the underlying problem! The following was copied directly from the VistaGen shareholder update!

VTGN HOPES to have Phase 2 TOPLINE results at some point prior to December 31, 2018! Anyone following biotechs knows the "HOPED FOR TIMING" is just that, i.e. HOPED FOR TIMING! The timing often changes for the worse in a heartbeat!
