Today's PR can ONLY be seen as a positive.

I am not saying that you are wrong, but I do disagree. The group that purchased the shares may not be toxic lenders but it is still dilution. That same group could have just as easily purchased $1M worth of shares on the open market at less than .02 like the rest of us but went for the warrant deal instead (its was warrants, wasnt it?)

This deal could turn out pretty good for the company, a million dollars on the books can do a lot of things positive if its done right. Thats what I am hoping for, they invest it right and turn it in to 2 million. Thats the tricky part, lots of OTC CEOs simply line their own pockets with this money.. I hope this is not the case here.

The price we will have to pay is the conversion, and when that happens the people that will feel it are the shareholders. Thats you and me in case you havent figured it out yet.

The best thing this company can do is re-invest any and all money back in to the company, grow, and turn a profit quarter after quarter. Wall Street would line up to pump money in to PHOT if they can do that.

“We are like farmers chopping down the fence for fuel when we should be using Nature's inexhaustible sources of energy. I'd put my money on the sun. I hope we don't have to wait until oil and coal run out before we tackle that”. — Thomas Edison
