This thing got the heck shorted out of it is all, keep your cool they need a day in the sunshine too. Its the market, unsettled news is like rumors about a deal one makes stock go up one makes it go down.

This stock was a perfect short candidate with the court crap, unfortunate but its the market, no need to wring your hands over it.

Everybody has to eat, shorts and longs alike let it settle .02/.01 then you buy and buy a whole lot more with your buying power doubled. Then the shorts cover move on and everyone is happy in the end.
