Again, totally agree as that too is my assessment.

Got to thinking after yesterday and think that this is indeed pressure from GERS to get the infringers blood pressure up.

Saying that though, I also 'suspect' the infringing companies expected GERS to start the wording for 'appeal'.

Again, one of the companies is going to vote to increase the amount above the current $500k. The vote was scheduled before yesterdays filing,(which we all wondered which/what way it would go.)

I enjoy the 'damn the torpedo...' phrase, and I also like the phrase, 'the writing is on the wall'.

Wish I had some coin to get in on the buying action today. Maybe next month if the price is in the .03-.05 range. And DEFINITELY wouldn't mind some .01 or less (providing the shares come from what's already floating around and NOT ((please)) more dilution.

Yep, the writing is on the wall. The machine moves forward. And one day...we all get to see the results. BOOM!
