Yes, Overall this is good news and it doesn't look like new toxic debt, which is what we have seen here for a LONG time.

None the less, it would have been still better if the this company would have performed a private placement for shares, instead of exchange for AS, hence this is still dilution for us all...Correct me if I'm wrong.
And the AS needs to be reduced.

Market Cap at .05 is 115 million, nothing is shown to support this!

And I still stand by what I said before, without concrete revenue figures, no institutional investors will buy and hold for long term.
Marco needs to deliver solid numbers.

I'm a long time holder since 2014, but reducing now as there are a ton of better tickers out there right now that you could make some cash in, then come back to PHOT.
At least that's my plan and everything is IMO.
