Of course this will be your last post to me. Can only make stuff up for so long. Sorry I burst your bubble when it comes to manufacturing. Funny I had said this before and you threw out some terms and things so I left it at that. This time I did a little DD on the subject, and proved what I had thought for quite some time.
Like I said yes they can grow the cells. Yes they grow them in 3d bioreactors. Yes they have patens to protect the manufacturing of these cells in a 3d bioreactor. Yes they have patents to protect using these 3d grown cells for a number of disease.
What I have SHOWN to you, is that others manufacture in bioreactors. See. No 3d. Therefore, no patent infringement. Competition has found other novel ways to manufacture these cells without infringing on patents. Go figure...competition doesn't stand still. Or are we to expect Pluristem to take on GE, Sartorius, Thermo Scientific among others in a patent infringement case?
What part of this are you not seeing? I've given you proof and you even admitted "only up to 50L". But they got stuck there right. Why would there be 1000 L or 2000 L bioreactors if the size doesn't matter? You were finally staring to understand, but then went back to denial with a weak, if not made up argument. Why don't you post the link to Pluristems website again to try and make your point like you did earlier. Just don't call me names so everyone will get a chance to see your entire argument, a webpage from Pluristem.
Do yourself a favour and not respond like you normally do to my questions. Try and save some face. Sorry I've shredded your hopes of a Lonza partnership to pieces.
