You can buy and sell new shares now. Just can't sell your old existing shares for about 10 to 20 days. Depends on how fast you broker converts into new shares. Either way my 800 bucks is toast.

They filed an amendment on the 12th with Nevada and that was the tip off. I missed it. Tired of looking at this loser anyways.
