That should be the nail in the coffin for those that were uber naive or first time penny players.

All the signs were there from the beginning, yet nobody wanted to hear it as they all wanted their million dollars for nothing.

There has been no news IMO from day 1 because the market perception of what the company is believed to be is far different from what it actually is. Why spill the beans and kill all the volume, keep the dream running while dumping the hundreds of millions of .0001 stock issued previously into the multi pennies making a fortune. Someone made millions hand over fist here on a complete scam IMO.

The sad thing is, that the super naive and newbie traders will be convinced that the R/S is a 'positive' for the company when it 100% is not IMO. The argument that the value stays the same as the amount of shares is reduced by 100 fold but the price increases 100 fold is not valid as the price will never stay up there. Especially with the fact that this company has never issued a press release, much different caliber of buyers for $3 stocks then $.03 stocks. Ya ya news coming soon right, go off history IMO. Think people are going to buy this at $3 bucks on a pipe dream? & the O/S WILL NOT stay at 9M, trust me. IMO This will NOT go NASDAQ, it is just not how those type of deals are put together, it gets done WAY more professionally imo.

Then Q4 comes out showing nothing's changed and no 'additional' acquisition happened and you will still have people in denial.
Every scam stock has its longs that refuse to throw in the towel and accept they got scammed and even when the stock goes grey or even completely de-listed, they still post on the board with reasons why it will get back trading again. Years after the delisting.

Many people warned. Those that feel the pain, have nobody to blame but yourselves. If you want the best course of action IMO at this point in time, take what you can get and try to recoup it somewhere else and be more skeptical next time. Every trader loses on a few of his plays, it's to know when to cut your losses and move on and not ride to zero, which is what you will have left when the dust settles. All IMO.

Sit back, take a breath and think about what transpired here. In a nutshell. Hundreds of millions of shares issued at triple zero one. Unverifiable claims that cannot be supported and never have been by the company, just message board posters. Large spike in price and volume. Why so much volume and little movement and no sustained move? Hundreds of millions of triple zero 1 stock infiltrating the market. Now reverse split everyone out of everything. Pump and dump 101?? Just IMO.

Good luck. I have nothing to gain or loose. Just trying to help the people that really got suckered out of their money not loose the rest of it as I am sure most are already underwater trying to grasp any lifeline possible to continue the belief that they picked a winner when the exact opposite is unfortunately true here. IMO.
