I agree with both! They are definitely reeling from the disaster prior management created. There is a lot of missing money and lack of invoices/receipts. They weren't paying anyone for the work they did and each auditor that looked at the books we like "no way I am not signing off on that". I cant believe any of us will believe the financials anyway.
