If these two ass clowns are seriously considering releasing some type of 8K that reports unaudited revenue recognition then they are bigger fools than I take them for.

Companies announce estimated quarterly earnings all the time. If they know whats coming, You mean they cannot tell the masses what their projections are moving forward. I would say that is being much more transparent to shareholders as a requirement expressed here by some as to material definitive. Wow. The nonsense is rampant. If its material definitive, The 8-k is required.
