Had a new counter top and sink put it, kept the old goose neck faucet. Old sink and faucet was sitting disconnected for a day or so and when the old faucet got put on the new sink we noticed that when we shut the water off to either hot or cold the faucet would slowly run for a few seconds when the handle was turned off. It was driving us crazy so I went on a search and several places mentioned the aerator and I though no way it could be that simple. I thought what to heck and gave it a try and soaked the aerator in Lime Away a few times and scrubbed it with a cleaning toothbrush and I'll be danged if that didn't fix it, LOL Something so simple.
