I don't think it's a scam. However-I suspect they were not able to do what they intended with the name/stock symbol change. It was quite involved from what I was told by them when I met with them in person a few months back.
If this is the case though they should let us know and not just keep us in the dark.
Who knows if mgt changes here it could be a good thing b/c DL has not been able to do much with it even tho they tried.
