Scenario one had to have been the plan. Build up the company, bring shareholders back. Partner with atnx at some point.

No one wanted the package.. More speculation from me.

They squandered that chance while all of us were watching for a big dead cat bounce.
Now most retail (except for us nuts that are still here) do not and will not trust this bod.

They were complicit with the failure of gen 1 filter failure and lies to share holders which got thier asses sued.

Retail paid for that bigly and they kept their jobs to this day. Vote no. You are still a voter of record
