I wonder if Sarrisa's 13F revealing they sold out as of 12/31 has contributed to the sell-off today. Denner is known to be an activist investor targeting companies that have been poorly managed like ADXS that he thinks he can pressure for positive change to turn things around. If he sold out of ADXS, the implication is that he doesn't believe fully in the promise of our clinical program, either that or he isn't confident in Lombardo.
