And that's why I'm upset as well. I was looking forward to the Feb 1 when the ads would be running and the dvr and movies would be fixed!! In my opinion I believe they need to get some tech support from google or Microsoft to come in and fix the issues their having. There is no excuse for the delays. This product is legit but integrity is a big thing to me and I'm not seeing it!!
