If I read that right it states Glenn (during his time as CEO of CMGO) did not use any other names other then Giantkiller when posting on the board and looking at all of his posts he never once hyped the stock, he just mentioned facts. .

When I stated Glenn Laken's name does not appear on the court case filed by the Plaintiffs, CMG, Holding Group, which I was referring to, I was correct in saying so. As for this ludicrous feeble attempt at a 3rd party liable suit filed by Joseph Wagner (Plaintiff) against Glenn's daughter and himself (Defendants) well that stemmed from an article in Crains mag. that appeared after Glenn's daughter made mention of the law suit against Wagner in an interview. Regardless of this poor attempt at trying to have the RICO case dismissed, the bottom line is possibly as much as $10 mil was stolen from XA with loss of business and other forms of theft that is now evidence being presented in the discovery. Just so everyone is on the same page, the judge struck down the dismissal of the RICO case that Wagner and his attorney wanted to see happen. If anyone thinks for one minute that this liable suit will have any affect on the the Rico case, they need to do some serious rethinking. Of course that's just my opinion...
