If you think it's taking too long for the stay removals and the PTAB decision on Apple motion, lol, lol, lol, lol, just wait til the trials... The virnetx vs Apple case has been going on & on & on for about 8 yrs now.. That includes, I think, 3 or 4 WINS for VirtnetX. In other words, no matter how many times the courts uphold their win, they still never get paid and then another trial is generated. And mind you, that is for mere few hundreds of millions $, nothing even remotely close to the many billions $ vplm will be suing for. What a joke. What a mockery. What a pipe dream. We can't even get simple stays lifted or a decision on an allegedly frivolous motion w/supposedly no merit. The SLEEP IS DEEP... It's HYPNOSIS... It's not being woken up from by their loyal subjects. It AIN'T HAPPENIN'... The value of vplm is 19 cents a share or thereabouts. That's it. It's value is whatever the stupid, contrived, market cap is. A couple hundred million $ or whatever the current meaningless figure is.. But it's actually less than that because that money isn't there....its just comic book money. If everyone decided to sell and get out, they would obviously not be able to all get their 12-20 cents or whatever it is on that day, as it would collapse. It would be like in "it's a wonderful life".. and the price would just nose dive & you'd be lucky to get a penny or two, if that. And since nobody wants or ever has wanted the patents (if they did it would've been long gone for relatively cheap money), except for digi-phony-ca & vplm, then the formula is: "nobody wants + vplm keeps raising monies to fight + corrupt court & administrative system + system that moves at snails pace = perpetual pipe dream, which = publish more hype + sell more shares = insiders enjoy the benefits + smart traders daytrade it to meager profits = not end of story because it's a bona fide never ending story about a pipe dream (like all the rest of the pennystocks).
