I just can't help thinking that a huge company like Capital Research and Management Company does it's DD before they make a huge investment such as almost 68 million shares of fnma. It operates as a subsidiary of The Capital Group Companies, Inc.
Capital Group must have flies on the walls of every office in D.C. and pockets full of politicians. CRMP also buys mbs.
Common sense tells me that they know the end game.
