The No vote is because DCTH is not being transparent. We need Three crucial pieces of info we need 

(1) Who bought 250M @ 2cents? 
(2) 4quarter earnings press release, delayed why? 
(3) Sandy Gerber and Waqas Khatri have no trump cards like debt strangle this time, so why are they still in the game? Are they on our side? 

Until we know above the vote is a big NO. 

Gut says Jenny has cooked up something bigger this time to ward off a real "do-or-die" scenario from bigger sharks on either side. 

So, Patience is a virtue and I am in it to win it. Hold and watch is my strategy.
