The fraud is that management didnt want to be transparent about the terms regarding collateral shares. If we knew from the beginning that these shares could be sold or used for shorting on the market and that a falling share price would demand additional shares in a death spiral, then many of us would have been thinking once-twice-fourth- and fifth times before investing!
And they are still quiet about this topic sine something is terrible wrong here! Its an ongoing fraud and its a disgrace!
