Mr. Chu was in the same boat as you he owned over 12 million shares prior to the massive dilutions and reverse splits so his 5 million current stake is calculated strategic move that he and the other major shareholders can be successful in getting the BOD to map out a rebuilding plan going forwards and implement it

IMHO Tadlock will be a key to make this happen
