Clearly the share vote is not a foregone conclusion by any metric available to me or you. As the vote remains open to 11:59 pm March 20, there are 5 weeks left for any number of things to happen. They got the BOD locked up, so the only real impact is to vote down the shares. Keep it simple vote NO to everything.
