Management owns over 80% of O/S, its on them to get a proper valuation.

Not sure about the crypto thing, but do like how the company has a real biz with good revenue.

Waiting to see how this plays out. Doubt they raise $50m from offering, but even a few million for expansion and acquisitions would be nice.
