The removal of the CE should be just as much a priority as placing it on a ticker but unfortunately they could care less about the investors. This tier of the otc is nothing more than an environment for all these bagholder machines they call companies to flourish and the use of the CE will not discourage the explosion of fraud and abuse which by the way is usual and customary behavior down here.
