Seems that every single time I have been told I was wrong about ERHC it has turned out that I was spot on. Glad you disagree.

The extension of ERHC's first quarter ended 12/31/2017 10Q is due today!!! I doubt that it will be filed since they are already delinquent on their 10K for the year ending 9/30/2017.

If this 10Q isn't filed, we will then have been deprived of vital financial data with the last information filed being as of 6/30/2017.

Most real investors find this lack of openness to be completely unacceptable. Unfortunately when a company slips into the darkness of failing to file required financial information they seldom emerge from that abyss.

Without audited financials it is highly unlikely that ERHC can get on any stock exchange anywhere in the world. And it is equally unlikely they can do a deal with anybody. Keep that in mind going forward.
